About Pastor Jaron S. Green
Pastor Jaron S. Green is the Founder and Senior Pastor of RHEMA FELLOWSHIP CHURCH in Somerville, MA. His life and ministry are strengthened and supported by his loving wife Concetta Marie Green and daughter, Jianna.
An ordained preacher and anointed leader, Pastor Jaron Green has served in ministry for 20 years, working in vital areas of the local church and community. Pastor Jaron Green’s journey in ministry began at the early age of 7, when he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, was baptized and filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost at the Pillar of Truth Church of God in Christ in Buffalo, New York, his hometown, very soon after, recognizing his call to ministry.
Pastor Jaron Green earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, with studies concentrated in Biblical Studies (Theology) and Social Science. He also attended the University of Massachusetts, Lowell; St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley; and Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, where he was recognized and awarded the LindenLeader Award for outstanding service. Pastor Jaron Green is a 2008 Alumnus of the Harvard Divinity School Summer Leadership Institute, and continued his graduate studies at Harvard as a Minister in Vicinity. Pastor Jaron Green formerly served The Dimock Center, a leading provider in health and human services to Boston’s urban neighborhoods, on the Health Center Board of Directors, additionally assisting the Office of the Director of Community Relations and Patient Advocacy.
Touring the United States with a ministry team during his college years, Pastor Jaron Green has been afforded the opportunity to minister to audiences gathered at services, revivals, and conferences. His evangelistic ministry centers on inspiring a life of true worship and praise, moving people to a real love and faith relationship with Jesus Christ.
About Pastor Concetta M. Green
Pastor Concetta Marie Green is the loving wife of Pastor Jaron S. Green and mother of one daughter. Together, they lead the growing congregation of Rhema Fellowship Church in Somerville, MA. Pastor Concetta is a gifted and anointed worship leader, planner and speaker. She possesses a passion and unique ability to minister to men and women in a simple, direct, and sometimes funny, style.
Pastor Concetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology/Audiology) from Emerson College in Boston, MA. She further concentrated her studies in Psychology while there. Always an advocate of education, Pastor Concetta is a Carl F. Barron and Dorothy & Jonathan Rintels Foundation Scholar at Cambridge College in Cambridge, MA. Pastor Concetta is currently pursuing a Master of Management degree with a concentration in Non-Profit and Public Organizations.
Pastor Concetta Green is an ordained minister and a licensed Evangelist Missionary in the Church of God in Christ (COGIC). While holding a full time administrative professional position, Pastor Concetta also serves on the Board of Directors of Rhema Fellowship Church, and volunteers faithfully as the Church Administrator. Pastor Concetta works to ensure the successful operations & event planning at Rhema Fellowship Church.
About Pastor Joshua L. Jones
With his wife, Shelly-Ann, Pastor Joshua L. Jones became a member of Rhema Fellowship Church in 2009. As part of the leadership team, he immediately made innumerable contributions to the success of Rhema Fellowship Church and its ministries. Joshua serves on the Board of Directors and was appointed as an Associate Pastor in 2010. The oversight of the Deacons, Armorbearers and Prayer Ministry are his responsibilities. In addition, Pastor Joshua has assumed the responsibilities of special projects at Rhema Fellowship Church.
Pastor Joshua is an ordained Elder of the Church of God in Christ, active in leadership roles within his local district and the Massachusetts First Jurisdiction. He is a prayer warrior and anointed preacher. His dedication to excellent ministry is evident in everything he does. He is a husband, father, leader and team player; an asset to the body of Christ.
About Elder Charrise Barron
Elder Charrise Barron is the Minister of Music at Rhema Fellowship Church, Somerville, MA. She is a doctoral student at Harvard University, working toward a PhD in African American Studies. Charrise’s research interests are in modern gospel music in all forms of presentation and media.
Charrise is a licensed and ordained minister, holding a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Computer Science from Harvard University. She graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School and Yale’s Institute of Sacred Music, New Haven, Connecticut, in 2010. Until 2010, Charrise served as pastor of The Black Church at Yale, a fully student-run campus church founded in the early 1970s by black Yale students and alumni.
Charrise is a true worshiper of Jesus Christ and has been an active participant in the life of the church since her childhood. She has served as Minister of Music or Keyboardist at churches in Houston, Boston, and London, England. Charrise is also a published gospel song writer and gospel music workshop clinician.
